Swirly Star ships worldwide from the United States. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier, typically ranging from 7–21 business days for international orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Swirly Star pieces. If your item arrives damaged due to transit, we’ll work with you to make it right.
To initiate a return or exchange due to breakage or defect, please email us at [your email] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, you may be asked to return the item to us. Return shipping costs for damaged items may be reimbursed at our discretion. Upon receipt and inspection, we will offer either:

Swirly Star reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria. Items must be returned in their original condition, and we do not accept returns for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or buyer’s remorse.
